These standards explain how we research, write, update and correct content on Gro1000Vote.com.

Sourcing

• Factual claims link to a public source, listed at the end of each page.
• We prefer primary sources: government agencies, official announcements and rules, peer-reviewed studies and archived original pages.
• When we cite figures reported by an organization about itself, we say so and do not present them as independently verified.
• We do not invent quotes, statistics, people, events, prices or outcomes.

History pages

Our account of GRO1000 and the 2015 vote is based only on archived pages, official releases and contemporary news reports. Where sources are incomplete, we leave gaps rather than guess.

Independence

We are not affiliated with any company, foundation or grant program we write about. We do not accept payment for coverage, sponsored posts or links. Mentioning a funder or program is not an endorsement.

Tools

We may use software tools, including AI writing and research assistants, to help draft and check pages. Every factual claim is checked against the cited source before publication.

Updates and corrections

Each guide shows the date it was last updated. Grant programs, deadlines and web addresses change, so we review pages periodically. If we find an error, we correct it and update the date. To report a problem, see our contact page.

Gardening guidance here is general. Follow local rules and product labels, and get soil tested before growing food on land with an unknown history.
